When you arrive in Llandrindod you are advised to obtain a programme from the Festival Box Office. This is the green cabin situated at the top of Temple Gardens opposite the Commodore Hotel. Next to the box office you will find a notice board highlighting the day's events and outlining the afternoon street entertainment programme.
A typical day at the Festival often starts with a highly entertaining morning talk on offer in one of the hotels. Children are welcomed at a morning Circus Skills Workshop, at Story Hour or at the Victorian Kidz Club.
In the afternoon,there could be best dressed competitions, children's fancy dress, Mini Music Hall, Victorian Tea Dance. ENTERTAINMENT VARIES FROM DAY TO DAY.
You might simply wish to soak up the atmosphere on Temple Gardens by wandering around the craft Marquee, watching the entertainment on the Festival stage and Bandstand, having a Victorian portrait taken or just relaxing with a cup of tea.
The day does not stop there! In the evening a wide variety of entertainment is on offer.
