Festival-goers will be astounded by the town's transformation back to the Victorian Era.  Townsfolk and many holiday-makers promenade in stunning costumes, soaking up the atmosphere, marvelling at the magnificent street entertainers, bravely entering competitions or attending one of the numerous programmed events.
