In respect of subscription to the membership of the Friends of the Festival

General Membership
a. The general membership shall be known as the "Friends of Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival" and shall be open to all members of the public
b. Membership shall be valid for twelve months on payment of
subscription, the amount of which will be determined by the
Administrative Committee and reviewed annually.
c. Every member shall be entitled to:-
i. attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and any Extra
Ordinary Meeting convened in accordance with 8c
ii.receive in advance of these meeings a copy of the minutes of the
previous meetings, and an agenda of the business to be discussed
at the forthcoming meeting.
d. The quorum at any general meeting of the members shall be one-fifth
or 12 (whichever is the least) of those entitled to attend. All decisions
shall be determined by a show of hands with a simple majority
carrying the vote. In the event of an equality of votes, the Chairman
in addition to his/her being entitled to vote in the first instance, shall
have a second or casting vote.
e. Should the Administrative Committee decide to grant financial
concessions, these shall be available to all members.
